Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation offers a meaningful Engineering Technician Summer Intern role located in various U.S. offices. You will gain hands-on experience across Civil, Mechanical, Structural or Electrical disciplines while contributing to real projects.

You will collaborate with the Virtual Design & Data Solutions Team, use AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Revit, and participate in mentorship programs to grow professionally as an engineering professional in an employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 2- or 4-year Engineering Technology program.
• No experience required.
• Must pass pre-employment checks (if selected).

Responsibilities

• Work with the Virtual Design & Data Solutions Team and support Civil, Mechanical, Structural, or Electrical functions.
• Utilize drafting and modeling software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit.
• Meet budget and scheduling restraints.
• Hands-on experience at an employee-owned engineering, procurement, consulting, and construction company.
• Learning opportunities through mentorship and co/lab trainings.
• Networking opportunities with industry experts.
