Job summary

Renesas Electronics seeks an experienced Power System Marketing expert to drive growth in Data Infrastructure, leveraging the Power portfolio across Grid to SoC architectures. Based in San Jose, CA, the role collaborates with OEMs and hyperscalers and supports adjacent Taiwan ODM activities.

The candidate will bridge business and technical marketing, provide market insights, and guide roadmaps while coordinating global PSMA activities and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5–8 years in Power within the semiconductor industry (business development, technical marketing, system design).
• Strong understanding of power management ICs, AC/DC, DC/DC, BMS, Si/WBG, and power architectures.
• Experience with Data Infrastructure systems and block diagrams with components.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to build relationships with customers and partners.
• Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment; team-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Strategic System Marketing for POWER Product Group (PSMA) including direction and trends.
• Drive strategic system architecture projects; serve as consultant for BD and Sales on Systems and application Clusters.
• Support Roadmap creation and NPI definition for Business Divisions; provide VoC on market needs.
• Analyze power market megatrends and contribute to GO-TO-MARKET approaches.
• Create collaterals: system diagrams, simulations, demos, and campaigns; support Power events like APEC/PCIM.
• Coordinate with global teams to provide quasi 24-hour regional coverage for the focus market segment.
