Job summary

PowerPro360 is seeking a Power Systems Engineer to join our team as a technical resource for customers managing critical electrical distribution systems. This role blends engineering, consulting, training, and technology to improve reliability, safety, compliance, and maintenance programs.

You'll work directly with customers, review power system studies, develop and deliver training, support AssetPro implementations, and translate complex engineering into practical solutions for real-world use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• PE license preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical power systems, system studies, electrical system operations, or electrical reliability programs.
• Experience with arc-flash analyses and system assessments.
• Experience developing or delivering technical training is a plus.
• Experience with industrial/utility facilities or critical-power environments preferred.
• Experience with electrical asset management systems or maintenance programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for electrical distribution systems, reliability, and maintenance.
• Review, interpret, and provide oversight of short-circuit, protective device coordination, arc-flash, and electrical system studies.
• Develop and deliver training for customers, employees, and partners.
• Assist with AssetPro implementations and documentation.
• Translate complex engineering information into practical recommendations for diverse audiences.
