Qualifications

• ABET-accredited electrical engineering degree required, with 2+ years of professional experience for Level 2.
• ABET-accredited electrical engineering degree with 5+ years of professional experience for Level 3.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoE 'Q' clearance.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Design, analysis, integration, and operation of microgrids and distributed power systems.
• Lead hands-on laboratory, field, and customer-site work including installation and testing.
• Develop microgrid control, protection, measurement, and automation strategies.
• Perform power-system studies, protection coordination, and transformer selection.
• Collaborate with customers, national labs, universities, utilities, and industry partners.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to technical publications.
