Job description

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in power conversion and conditioning technologies.
• 4 years of experience designing power distribution for data centers and other facilities.
• Experience in Mechanical, Electric, and Plumbing (MEP).

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with data center design, development, and testing.
• Familiarity with electrical distribution, energy storage, and electrical generation technologies, including fuel cells and microgrids.
• Knowledge of high, medium, and low voltage systems.
• Understanding of NEC (National Electrical Code) and building codes.

About the role: The Data Center Engineering team focuses on the physical design of our data centers, working on cutting-edge strategies for efficiency and environmental sustainability. You will collaborate with a team of innovative engineers, optimize power usage, and implement improvements to complex infrastructure systems. Your role involves generating ideas, communicating with senior management, and leading implementation efforts.

Compensation: The US base salary range is $144,000-$211,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary is determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and education. The specific range will be shared by the recruiter during hiring.
