Job summary

Chenega MIOS seeks an Electrical Engineer – Power Systems to support TEAMS NEXT Facilities Lifecycle Management for Missile Defense Agency. The role involves leading facility planning, design, and integration across multiple sites with travel up to 50% (CONUS/OCONUS).

The candidate must hold an ABET-accredited engineering degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, U.S. citizenship, and ability to obtain Secret clearance. PE license or substitutions may reduce required experience.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree plus 7+ years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.
• PE license or equivalent substitution may replace experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (CONUS/OCONUS).
• Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join an integrated team for facility planning, design, and construction control.
• Support facility engineering designs and on-site equipment systems integration for buildings and infrastructure.
• Develop Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM) documents and analyze engineering tasks.
• Prepare briefings, information papers, and reports for facilities and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with design and construction agents; travel up to 50%.
