Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking an Assembler (M-Force) on the 1st shift. The position pays $18.91 per hour with core hours 4AM to 2PM, Monday through Thursday.

You will assemble Three-Phase Switch components, follow standard work, and maintain quality and safety. Candidates should have a high school diploma and be able to lift up to 50 pounds; forklift experience and blueprint reading are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Residence within 50 miles of work location; no relocation benefit.
• Eaton does not sponsor immigration for this position.
• Minimum of one year production experience.
• Experience reading blueprints.
• Experience driving a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble three-phase switches per standard work and drawings.
• Set up workstation; maintain production, process control and safety.
• Operate hand and air tools, torque wrenches, and related equipment.
• Inspect and communicate quality issues; ensure adherence to quality policy.
• Follow safety policies and maintain 5S housekeeping.
