Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in power generation, transmission, or distribution operations, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of power system reliability standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of power generation, transmission, and distribution within the assigned area to ensure system reliability and safety.
• Develop and implement maintenance and inspection programs to prevent outages and extend asset life.
• Coordinate emergency response efforts and restoration activities during power disruptions to minimize downtime and impact on customers.
• Collaborate with engineering, safety, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and government regulations.
• Analyze performance data and prepare reports to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support strategic decision-making.
• Manage budgets, resources, and personnel to optimize operational efficiency and meet organizational goals.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and customer focus among team members.
