Job summary

Targa Resources in Houston, TX seeks a Reliability and Rotating Equipment Programs Manager to lead asset reliability programs for gas handling and processing. You will drive reliability strategy, guide maintenance planning, and mentor a multidisciplinary team.

Work with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain to embed reliability in projects, analyze data with Maximo and Power BI, and deliver results that improve uptime, reduce risk, and extend equipment life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Asset Management, or a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of reliability/rotating equipment experience in energy or industrial sectors.
• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of rotating equipment, maintenance strategy, and lifecycle management.
• Ability to use AI tools for analysis with technical judgment and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop personnel with clear roles and accountability.
• Prioritize studies, field support, investigations, and projects by safety, risk, and value.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, succession planning, and retention; promote collaboration.
• Build relationships with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, EAM, and Supply Chain; influence vendors.
