Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 2-4 years of progressive experience in power generation, controls, and distribution.
• Proven track record in applying engineering to proposals and bids.
• Strong background in VFD systems, motor control, and industrial power distribution.
• Experience with NEC, NFPA 70E, IEEE, and IEC standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally (≈20-30%).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of technical and commercial proposals in response to RFPs and RFQs.
• Create detailed specifications, system architectures, and scope of work documents.
• Develop accurate cost estimates, budgets, and project schedules.
• Prepare technical proposals and participate in reviews with customers.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations to ensure feasibility.
• Maintain vendor relationships with ABB, Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, Eaton, Danfoss, etc.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with vendors.
• Provide technical guidance on VFDs, motor controls, and power distribution.
