Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; master's preferred.
- 1+ year of experience with power system protection and relays.
- Experience with utility/industrial power systems—protection, control, operations.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Work with customers to apply new technologies or solutions to power systems.
- Design models/demonstrations to teach customers new technologies.
- Support SEL products and troubleshoot to root cause.
- Analyze protective relay responses to faults.
- Teach customers how to use SEL products and protective relays.
- Contribute to white papers, guides, and technical papers.
