The role focuses on shaping the AI-driven data center power narrative, developing narratives, launch plans, and go-to-market actions in collaboration with product, sales, and regional teams.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in product marketing, product management, or technical marketing in B2B space.
• Experience in Data Center, IT, Digital Infrastructure, or enterprise software ecosystems.
• Technical aptitude and ability to navigate broad product portfolios.
• Knowledge of power systems products and solutions (UPS, switchgear, distribution, energy storage).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities across stakeholders.
• Ability to develop and execute world-class marketing, messaging, and GTM strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute positioning, value proposition, solutions and marketing/GTM initiatives for assigned power solutions.
• Build product launch and growth plans for new and existing solutions.
• Support and enhance relationships with Marketing for product/technology partners.
• Act as SME on Marketing content (written, media, events, planning) for assigned categories.
• Develop messaging and personas for the Power buying group in data centers.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to deliver sales enablement materials.
• Monitor market and competitive trends to shape positioning strategy.
• Present portfolio marketing plans and outcomes to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate across brand, communications, digital, demand generation to achieve objectives.
• Apply operating system methodologies for performance measurement and accountability.
