Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to own end-to-end program management of power resiliency assets across its global portfolio of fulfillment centers, sort centers, and delivery stations. You will drive implementation, commissioning, and lifecycle management of generators, BESS, and related infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted operations worldwide.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Power Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of construction or project management experience.
Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA 110, NFPA 111, IEEE, and related codes and standards.

Responsibilities

Scope, plan, and execute generator and BESS installation projects from concept through commissioning.
Develop schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports for all power resiliency projects.
Coordinate commissioning, testing, and acceptance with standards, NEC/NFPA, and local codes.
Manage design reviews and submittals with electrical engineers and design firms.
Drive procurement for generators, BESS, switchgear, in partnership with Strategic Sourcing.
