Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking a mid-level Scheduler to partner with project teams across engineering and construction to develop and maintain schedules from concept to completion.

You will build resource-loaded schedules, analyze design changes, and provide schedule health reports to management and clients, ensuring milestones and critical path activities are tracked and communicated.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Construction management, or similar industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project controls or scheduling.
• Willingness to travel/relocate as needed.
• Ability to access construction sites in varied climates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update detailed project schedules from conceptual planning through engineering and construction.
• Create resource-loaded schedules with milestones, approvals, and long-lead items.
• Develop schedule logic, realistic activity durations, and manpower/resources.
• Assess design changes and communicate schedule updates to management and clients.
• Apply EPC terminology to maintain critical path logic and forecast planning.
