Job summary

ITAC seeks a Project Scheduler to support a client portfolio of capital projects within an active manufacturing environment. You will develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules for capital and operational projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams and contractors to meet milestones.

The role requires experience with Procore/Primavera P6, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field with 5 years of scheduling experience in manufacturing/industrial environment, OR 10+ years scheduling without a degree.
• Experience developing and managing schedules for industrial, manufacturing, capital, or facility improvement projects.
• Experience using scheduling software such as Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for plant transformation and capital improvement projects.
• Create and manage integrated master schedules aligning engineering, procurement, construction, and installation activities.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to identify schedule requirements and milestones.
• Track project progress and analyze schedule performance against baselines.
• Identify scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, and risks; propose mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and distribute schedule status reports and look-ahead schedules to teams and leadership.
• Support forecasting by analyzing schedule trends and impacts on timelines.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor activities within the overall project schedule.
• Ensure schedule data is accurate and aligned with objectives.
• Participate in project planning meetings providing scheduling expertise throughout lifecycle.
