Job summary

Dow seeks an Information Technology Analyst – Power Platform to support development, testing, deployment, administration, and ongoing support of Power Platform solutions. The role involves working with stakeholders, platform engineers, and citizen developers to deliver secure, reliable business solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience (U.S. E5 or Canadian rank) or 3 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and support Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, AI Builder).
• Translate requirements into technical solutions with stakeholders and teams.
• Adhere to governance, security, and lifecycle management standards.
• Support environments, deployments, access, connectors, and platform configuration.
• Participate in SDLC activities including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot incidents; assist with remediation and optimization.
• Collaborate on documentation, templates, and reusable components.
