Job summary

The role develops Power Platform automations and administers Dynamics 365 to improve processes, document requirements, and support a modern ERP platform with the Business Systems Team.

The role emphasizes delivering scalable solutions, analyzing product design changes, and maintaining system integrations while supporting ISO/SOX compliance and data

Qualifications

• Three years of experience managing a mainstream ERP system in an administrative or analyst role.
• Strong SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Familiarity with writing SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and maintains Power Platform automations using SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Integrates Power Platform tools with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Supports and maintains Power Platform tools and integrations.
• Monitors, analyzes, and optimizes Microsoft Dynamics 365 operations and user data queries.
• Gathers requirements, configures systems, documents processes, tests solutions, and supports training.
• Creates and maintains SharePoint sites, permissions, and standards.
