Job summary

Uline is seeking a Microsoft Solutions Engineer to serve as a Power Platform expert for one of the largest e-commerce sites in the U.S. The role focuses on owning and expanding Microsoft Power Platforms, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Copilot Studio, with automation and scripting to streamline operations.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field and 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and PowerShell, plus knowledge of Entra ID and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform and PowerShell.
• Working knowledge of Entra ID and Microsoft 365 security and compliance.
• Experience with Copilot Studio and Azure automation tools preferred.
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Microsoft Power Platforms, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Copilot Studio.
• Partner with business teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver solutions that ensure high performance and efficient operations.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to streamline processes, reporting and user setup across Microsoft 365 and Power Platforms.
• Promote best practices and provide system support through clear documentation, training and collaboration across teams.
