Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking a Microsoft Solutions Engineer in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will serve as a Power Platform expert for one of the largest e-commerce sites in the U.S., owning and optimizing automation across Microsoft 365 and Copilot Studio.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and PowerShell.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 3+ years with Microsoft 365, Power Platform and PowerShell.
• Working knowledge of Entra ID and Microsoft 365 security and compliance.
• Copilot Studio and Azure automation tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Microsoft Power Platforms, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Copilot Studio.
• Partner with business teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver solutions that ensure high performance and efficient operations.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to streamline processes, reporting and user setup across Microsoft 365 and Power Platforms.
• Promote best practices and provide system support through clear documentation, training and collaboration across teams.
