Job summary

Uline, a leading shipping materials provider, seeks a Microsoft Solutions Engineer to serve as a Power Platform expert for one of the largest e-commerce sites in the U.S. You will own and manage Power Platforms including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Copilot Studio, and collaborate with business teams to identify automation opportunities.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT/CS and 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform and PowerShell; Entra ID knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform and PowerShell.
Working knowledge of Entra ID and Microsoft 365 security and compliance.
Experience with Copilot Studio and Azure automation tools preferred.

Responsibilities

Own and manage Microsoft Power Platforms, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Copilot Studio.
Partner with business teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver solutions that ensure high performance and efficient operations.
Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to streamline processes, reporting and user setup across Microsoft 365 and Power Platforms.
Promote best practices and provide system support through clear documentation, training and collaboration across teams.
