Job summary

Uline, a leading supplier of shipping and packaging materials, seeks a Microsoft Solutions Engineer to own the Power Platform across our enterprise.

You will develop Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, design Dataverse data models, and deliver automation that improves performance, security, and reporting.

Collaborating with business teams and IT, you will write scripts, share best practices, and help scale Microsoft 365 automation on-site in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform and PowerShell.
• Working knowledge of Entra ID and Microsoft 365 security/compliance.
• Experience with Copilot Studio and Azure automation tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Microsoft Power Platforms, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Copilot Studio.
• Partner with business teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver solutions that ensure high performance and efficient operations.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to streamline processes, reporting and user setup across Microsoft 365 and Power Platforms.
• Promote best practices and provide system support through clear documentation, training and collaboration across teams.
