Job summary

George Consulting, LTD is seeking a Knowledge Management Analyst / Power Platform and SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable Power Platform solutions at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC. The role requires collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust Power Apps, Automate flows, and data models.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, Agile experience, and the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active SECRET or higher clearance required.
• Experience developing Power Platform solutions with SharePoint integration.
• Experience with DEVSECOPS CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub, Atlassian, ADO).
• Strong problem-solving and ability to translate requirements into technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Create modular, scalable Power Automate flows and Power Apps interfaces.
• Integrate SharePoint with Power Platform and other data sources.
• Ensure security, privacy, and data protection via appropriate access controls and Microsoft Purview/Viva Topics integration.
• Collaborate with architects, UX designers, and backend developers for seamless integration.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users and project teams.
• Stay updated on Power Platform features and best practices.
