Job summary

George Consulting seeks a Knowledge Management Analyst / Power Platform and SharePoint Developer to design, implement, and deploy Power Platform solutions at the Washington Navy Yard in DC. You will build Power Apps, Power Pages, and flows, integrate with Dataverse and external sources, and collaborate with architects and UX designers on secure, scalable deployments.

The role requires Agile experience, collaboration across teams, and the ability to obtain/maintain a SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Agile experience required.
• Experience with at least two of: AI Builder, CoPilot, Microsoft Fabric, PowerBI, Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse.
• Experience with SharePoint Apps.
• Experience with DEVSECOPS CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab, Github, Atlassian, Azure DevOps).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• On-site 5 days/week at Washington Navy Yard; SECRET clearance ability.
• Security clearance preferred (SECRET or higher).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and design Power Platform solutions.
• Understand business processes to develop modular, scalable Power Automate flows.
• Develop Power Apps and Power Pages with responsive UI.
• Create data models, integrate sources, implement logic using Dataverse, AI Builder, CoPilot, Fabric, Power Automate, Power BI.
• Implement auth and access control; extend Zero Trust with Purview and Viva data sharing.
• Integrate Power Platform with M365 apps (Email, Teams, SharePoint).
• Collaborate to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Test and debug to ensure reliability and usability.
• Provide guidance and training to end-users to promote adoption.
• Stay updated with Power Apps features and best practices.
• Collaborate on project planning, estimation, and resources.
• Document specs, guides, and deployment instructions.
• Maintain and transform legacy SharePoint apps.
