Job summary

People Technology And Processes is seeking a SharePoint/Power Platform Developer (Enterprise SharePoint Services Representative) in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on hands-on development, 365 administration, KM tools training, and metadata alignment to support enterprise KM programs.

You will design and implement scalable SharePoint/workflow solutions across NIPR and SIPR, maintain governance standards, and report on performance to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least five years' experience with Power Platform and SharePoint 365 in NIPR/SIPR environments.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, governance, and metadata.
• Ability to translate KM needs into scalable SharePoint/workflow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
• Perform day-to-day M365/SharePoint administration and annual site assessments.
• Deliver monthly KM Tools Training sessions and maintain information architectures.
