Job summary

Over J Consulting seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead a Solutions team and deliver Power Platform-based solutions from our Downtown Los Angeles office. You will oversee project scope, schedules, and budgets while coordinating with clients, SMEs, and vendors.

The role emphasizes low-code development, data modeling, and automating business processes using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. On-site work is required in LA; prior Azure familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, CS or equivalent.
• 2+ years as a Project Manager leading Power Platform development or similar.
• Strong knowledge of low-code development principles.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Azure services.
• Power Platform certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the specified project team and manage scope through the project lifecycle.
• Gather requirements and manage development of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party resources; manage stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor expenditures and report project outcomes/risks to management.
• Develop contacts and pitch the company’s solutions to prospective clients.
• Attend industry events and conferences to expand networks.
• Research new technologies and suggest process improvements related to the Power Platform.
