Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a hands-on Software Engineer with deep Power Platform expertise to design, configure, and develop Power Apps and related solutions. The role involves leading implementations, collaborating with C-level stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality, scalable deliverables for client projects.

The candidate should have at least four years of Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CRM development experience, be able to commute onsite, and hold US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.
• Must be able to commute onsite to the client as needed.
• US Citizenship is contractually required.
• Bachelor’s degree (4yr college degree)
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint 2013+ including on-premise and SharePoint Online, SharePoint Designer for custom workflows, and PowerApps/Power Automate (M365 Suite).
• Experience in designing complex data models and SaaS/PaaS environments.
• Experience with UiPath and RPA lifecycle, including control room, queues, and scheduling.
• Strong relational database knowledge and experience with connectors for Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience developing PowerApps model-driven and canvas apps with Dataverse/SharePoint as backend.

Responsibilities

• Drive Power Platform implementations through all project phases: discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy.
• Identify client sales, marketing, and customer service requirements via discovery meetings.
• Deliver services and solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Teams, and custom development.
• Provide hands-on technical design and implementation of Power Platform solutions.
• Conduct end-user training and create knowledge transfer documentation.
• Automate business processes with Power Apps/Power Automate; create data visualizations and low-code apps.
• Develop and refine Power Platform standards and tools.
• Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution.
• Ensure high-quality, bug-free development aligned with coding standards.
• Participate in daily scrum and report status.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement enterprise Dynamics solution.
• Serve as Power Platform SME with architecture, security, and governance focus.
