Siemens Healthineers is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to drive process improvement, automate workflows, and manage ServiceNow in North America. You will design Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, integrate SAP/Datamart/SQL Server data, and collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver measurable efficiencies across the organization.

Required 5+ years in business IT roles, strong requirements skills, and experience with Power Platform, SharePoint, SQL Server, and analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, process automation, application support, or business technology solutions.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and supporting enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve business processes and automate workflows.
• Provide ServiceNow platform administration and support for North America.
• Develop Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and AI-driven automation solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional/technical requirements and test plans.
• Support ERP-related data feeds and reporting solutions (Power BI, Qlik).
