Quanteam North America is seeking a Power Platform / Low-Code Developer for a leading corporate and investment bank in Midtown NYC. You will join the Application Production, Data & Low Code team and build automation solutions used across Regulatory Reporting, KYC, Compliance, HR, Global Markets, Finance, Risk and Operations.
What you will do
- Design, develop and deploy business applications on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), leveraging SharePoint Online, Dataverse and SQL Server back ends
- Build and maintain modern SharePoint intranet portals using HTML, CSS, SPFx and React
- Analyze business processes across front office, support and control functions to identify and deliver automation opportunities
- Support, enhance and maintain the existing Risk Decision Tool
- Partner with business stakeholders on BRDs, then translate requirements into technical specifications
- Manage AD entitlements topics in coordination with IT Security and cross-functional teams
- Operate in a production environment supporting multiple business units simultaneously
What we are looking for
- 5 to 10 years of experience in low-code / no-code development and workflow automation
- Strong, demonstrable expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online and SQL Server - all three are required
- Solid SQL Server development skills: stored procedures, database design, indexing, performance tuning, MERGE, relational modeling and joins
- Hands-on with Power Platform connectors, including SQL connectors, flows and galleries
- ServiceNow and JIRA
- DevOps practices and Agile methods; exposure to Bitbucket and Jenkins
- Knowledge of the development lifecycle, APIs and software integration
- Prior experience delivering business applications for a bank, financial institution or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
Nice to have
- Alteryx or other low-code tooling
- Power BI
- Certification in a low-code / no-code platform
- Change management process experience
Location and eligibility
- Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite in the client Manhattan office
- Candidates must be currently based in the tri-state area (NY / NJ / CT). This role is not open to relocation
