Job summary

Talan Group is seeking a developer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using low-code and no-code platforms. You will work on Regulatory Reporting, KYC, Compliance, HR, and Risk, designing and deploying applications on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, with SharePoint, Dataverse, and SQL Server as backend.

You will build SharePoint intranet portals using SPFX, HTML, CSS, and React.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building low-code/no-code solutions
• Strong hands-on with Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and SQL Server
• Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, and AD entitlements
• Background in finance, equity, or similar institution
• Alteryx or other low-code tooling a plus; Power BI a plus
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

We are seeking a developer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using low-code and no-code platforms. The role covers business areas including Regulatory Reporting, KYC, Compliance, HR, and Risk.

Role and responsibilities

• Design and deploy applications on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, using SharePoint, Dataverse, and SQL Server as backend
• Build and maintain SharePoint intranet portals using HTML, CSS, SPFX, and React
• Support and maintain the existing Risk Decision Tool

Qualifications

• +5years building low-code/no-code solutions, with strong hands on knowledge of Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and SQL Server
• Solid SQL skills: stored procs, database design, indexing, joins, and MERGE commands
• Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, and AD entitlements
• Background working in finance, equity, or a similar institution
• Alteryx or other low-code tooling a plus, Power BI a plus
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience
