Job summary

Phoenix Group of Virginia seeks a Power Platform Engineer to develop low-code apps and automations using Power Platform and related tools. Beyond development, the engineer leads testing and validation for defined functional areas to ensure high-quality, reliable solutions.

The role requires onsite collaboration with shipbuilding stakeholders, adherence to security and data governance policies, and U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a U.S. SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of full-time work experience developing systems in Power Apps and Power Automate
• Must be able to obtain and maintain U.S. SECRET clearance
• Must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain scalable, high-quality apps and automations
• Test apps and flows to ensure stability
• Collaborate with the Development team and stakeholders
• Adhere to industry best practices and standards
• Identifying cross-app or cross flow impacts from changes
• Balance user requirements with platform limitations
• Ensures compliance with security, data governance, and organizational policies
• Anticipate and address potential automation or system conflicts
