Job summary

Heritage Companies is seeking a Power Platform Developer to join our growing technology team in Tampa, FL. You’ll design, develop, and support Microsoft Power Platform solutions that drive critical business operations within our insurance organization.

You’ll collaborate with an agile team, own end-to-end projects from concept to deployment, and build scalable Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and SQL Server integrations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience developing production Power Apps Canvas Apps.
• Strong proficiency with PowerFx including collections, variables, and state management.
• Experience integrating Power Apps with SQL Server including stored procedures and JSON payloads.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining Power Automate cloud flows.
• Troubleshoot UI behavior, connectors, data binding, and platform issues.
• Ability to independently own projects and deliver solutions from concept to deployment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production Power Apps Canvas Apps used by internal business teams.
• Build sophisticated PowerFx solutions utilizing collections, variables, and state management.
• Develop integrations with SQL Server via stored procedures and structured JSON payloads.
• Create, enhance, and maintain Power Automate cloud flows that streamline processes.
• Troubleshoot complex app behavior, connector authentication, data synchronization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions.
• Participate in the full application lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment.
