Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Power Platform professional to develop and deploy Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate solutions that streamline project workflows. You will work with project teams to translate requirements into practical digital solutions, provide training, and maintain platforms across environments.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5–8 years of relevant experience or 9–12 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, Dataverse, SharePoint, and data integration concepts.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical digital solutions and provide user training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Power Apps and Power Automate to support project and construction workflows.
• Collaborate with project teams to translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Develop and deploy prototypes and enhancements to address project needs.
• Support integration with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint and Teams.
• Maintain Power Platform environments, connections, and data structures.
• Provide user training and documentation; contribute to reusable components repository.
• Develop, maintain, and support SQL Server databases and objects; troubleshoot data issues.
• Assist in data migration, validation, and synchronization across systems.
