Job summary

HDR is seeking a Power Platform Developer to advance our enterprise adoption of Microsoft Power Apps in Charlotte, NC. This role partners with national teams to design, support, and improve Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate solutions that streamline project controls, reporting, and workflow automation.

You'll translate business needs into scalable, secure low-code applications, contribute to platform standards, and collaborate closely with PMO and project delivery groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field; 2+ years of Power Platform experience preferred.
• Experience building Power Apps canvas/model-driven apps.
• Familiarity with Dataverse data modeling and SharePoint Online.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
• Build apps using Dataverse and SharePoint Online as core data sources.
• Create Power Automate flows for logic, approvals, and integrations.
• Translate business needs into structured app designs with data models and workflows.
• Integrate Power Apps with external systems when needed.
• Collaborate with PMO and project teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Contribute to platform standards and best practices across HDR.
• Support deployment, testing, and continuous improvement of apps in active projects.
