Optomi, in partnership with a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a skilled AI Power Platform Developer to join their Business Process Automation (BPA) team remotely. This is a 6–12-month contract role with the potential to convert to full-time employment. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in AI-powered solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovation-driven environment.

5+ years of experience in Power Platform development, with a strong focus on:

• Model-Driven and Canvas Apps
• Power Automate Flows and Logic Apps
• Custom Copilot Agents and AI Chatbot development

Additional Required Experience:

• At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience developing and implementing Microsoft Copilot and custom AI solutions within the Power Platform
• Ability to identify, develop, and deliver AI use cases across M365 using custom copilots and agents
• Deep understanding of AI capabilities in Power Platform including enabling Copilots, AI agents, and integrating intelligent solutions into business workflows
• Experience consulting and mentoring both technical and non-technical users on Power Platform tools and best practices
• Passion for innovation and a demonstrated ability to “think outside the box” to deliver creative and scalable solutions

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Azure AI services, OpenAI integrations, or other generative AI technologies
• Experience in a healthcare environment or knowledge of healthcare workflows and compliance standards
