Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, enhance, and support business applications within the Microsoft ecosystem in a Santa Clara-based hybrid role. You will focus on Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL, and Microsoft Fabric, integrating across SharePoint, databases, APIs, and other Microsoft services.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas Apps) and Power Automate.
• Proficiency in writing and troubleshooting SQL queries.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric including data pipelines and Lakehouse/Warehouse functionality.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint, SQL databases, APIs, and other Microsoft services.
• Ability to troubleshoot, enhance, and support existing applications and workflows.

Responsibilities

Location: Santa Clara, CA - hybrid 2/3 days onsite/week

Pay Range: $60-70/hr (W2)

The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Summary:

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, enhance, and support business applications and automated workflows within the Microsoft ecosystem. This position will focus heavily on Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL, and Microsoft Fabric, while integrating solutions across SharePoint, databases, APIs, and other Microsoft services.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience along with the ability to troubleshoot existing solutions, provide production support, and work directly with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and support Microsoft Power Apps, including Canvas Apps.

• Write and troubleshoot SQL queries supporting applications and integrations.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps, particularly Canvas Apps.
• Strong experience with Power Automate and workflow automation.
• Proficiency writing and troubleshooting SQL queries.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, including data pipelines and Lakehouse/Warehouse functionality.
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, SQL databases, APIs, and other Microsoft services.
• Experience troubleshooting, enhancing, and supporting existing applications and workflows.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and production environments.
