Responsibilities

• Create and configure Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, including Canvas and Model-driven Apps.
• Create and configure Power Pages for external and internal websites.
• Develop and administer Power Platform solutions and Copilot Studio.
• Lead discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Map business needs to Power Platform use cases and develop apps accordingly.
• Review code and enforce development standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate fixes with IT resources.
• Create solution designs and documentation for common use-case scenarios.
• Produce requirements, recommendations and platform usage guidance documents.
• Prepare mockups and prototypes and leverage platform features to develop effective solutions.
• Define governance for the Power Platform and participate in Agile lifecycle activities.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Power Platform Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be comfortable participating in both technical and business requirements discussions.

Responsibilities

• Create and configure Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, including Canvas and Model-driven Apps.
• Create and configure Power Pages for external and internal websites.
• Perform Microsoft Power Platform customization, configuration, development, deployment, and administration.
• Develop and implement solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Lead functionality discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Understand business needs and challenges, functionally map solutions to identified use cases, and develop applications using Power Platform.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot Power Platform issues, document solutions, and work with system administrators and other IT resources to implement fixes.
• Create solution designs and documentation for common use-case scenarios.
• Develop and disseminate documentation, including requirements, recommendations, technical analysis, and platform usage guidance.
• Prepare mockups and prototypes based on business requirements and leverage Power Platform features and tools to develop effective solutions.
• Adhere to best practices when implementing business solutions.
• Define and refine a governance approach for the use of the Power Platform.
• Participate in Agile software development lifecycle activities.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong experience with Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-driven Apps.
• Strong experience with Power Automate.
• Experience with Power Pages.
• Experience with Dataverse.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Platform customization, configuration, development, deployment, and usage.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Strong requirements-gathering, solution-design, and business analysis skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to participate effectively in technical and business discussions.
• Experience participating in code reviews and applying development standards and best practices.
• Experience troubleshooting Power Platform solutions and documenting technical solutions.
• Experience working in an Agile SDLC environment.
• Power Apps Professional or Power Apps Developer certification.

• Experience with DevOps practices for Microsoft Power Platform.
