đź’Ľ: Full-Time, Direct Hire

We're seeking a Power Platform Specialist to design, build, and support solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on implementing automation, optimizing business processes, and delivering data‑driven insights using Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform.

What You'll Do
  • Configure, customize, and support Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, and related modules).
  • Design and implement Business Process Flow automation including plugin‑based logic and workflow optimizations.
  • Manage solution packaging and deployments across Dev/Test/Prod environments.
  • Build Canvas and Model‑Driven Power Apps integrated with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and enterprise data sources.
  • Create and assign custom dashboards and tailored user experiences in Dynamics 365 Sales.
  • Automate workflows using Power Automate (Cloud + Desktop RPA) to reduce manual effort across departments.
  • Develop reports and analytics using Power BI and Report Builder, including Row‑Level Security and user‑targeted content.
  • Build and maintain Power Platform Dataflows to ensure clean, consistent data in Dataverse.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Provide troubleshooting and user support for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications.
  • Create documentation, contribute to training, and help drive user adoption of new tools.
  • Stay current on Microsoft advancements and recommend modern, innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with strong communication and teamwork.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (3-5+ years).
  • 3-5 years of hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Strong skills in D365 configuration (Forms, Views, Dashboards, Security Roles, BPFs).
  • Experience with ALM best practices and solution lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
  • Solid understanding of data models, SQL, integrations, and relational databases.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Excel).
  • Experience with RPA, automation principles, and AI‑powered tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT).
  • Strong problem‑solving, communication, and multitasking abilities.
