Job summary

Deloitte’s AI & Data team seeks a Power Platform Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable dashboards and BI solutions for federal, state, and local government clients within the GPS practice. You will model data, develop DAX/Power Query, and integrate data sources to support KPI driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics, BI, reporting or app development experience.
• Experience with data modeling and KPI definition.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel 10–15% for client work.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power Platform solutions for enterprise users.
• Build dashboards and visualizations to support KPIs and decision‑making.
• Perform data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and data source integration.
• Support lifecycle stages from requirements to deployment.
• Use Jira to track tasks and report progress in Agile environments.
