Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a data analytics professional to design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and visual analytics solutions for public health, healthcare, and government programs. You will translate business and stakeholder requirements into analytics products, optimize data models and DAX measures, and implement robust Power Query ETL workflows for scalable reporting.

Collaborate with program leaders to define metrics and standards; leverage AI/ML capabilities

Qualifications

• Must have at least a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in BI/analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visual analytics using Microsoft Power BI.
• Gather and translate business, operational, programmatic, and stakeholder requirements into analytics products.
• Develop and optimize Power BI data models, DAX measures, and performance-tuned reporting solutions.
• Design and implement data transformation workflows using Power Query (M) and related ETL/ELT processes.
• Collaborate with program leaders and clients to define metrics, KPIs, reporting standards, and analytical approaches.
• Support public health, healthcare, government, or mission-focused analytics initiatives through data-driven insights.
