Job summary

Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) team seeks a Project Senior Engineering Management Specialist to design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and reports for Fleet Readiness Centers, supporting maintenance, operations, and business decisions.

You will translate user stories into data models, leverage SQL and Python for data wrangling, and collaborate across government and contractor teams in an agile environment to deliver iterative improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• 4+ years of experience in Power BI development, including dashboard design, data modeling, and report publishing.
• 2+ years experience in SQL for data querying, transformation, and performance optimization.
• 2+ years experience with Python for data analysis, automation, or scripting.
• 1+ years experience working in an agile or scrum environment translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and reports to support maintenance, operational, and business decision-making across Fleet Readiness Centers.
• Translate user stories and business requirements into actionable data models, visualizations, and analytics solutions within an agile delivery framework.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and modeling using SQL and Power BI tools to ensure high-quality, reliable datasets.
• Leverage Python for data wrangling, automation, and advanced analytics to enhance reporting capabilities and streamline processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional government and contractor teams, actively participating in agile ceremonies to deliver iterative product improvements.
