Job summary

Deloitte's Government & Public Services GPS team is seeking a Project Senior Engineering Management Specialist to design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards supporting fleet readiness and mission analytics.

You will translate business requirements into data models, utilize SQL and Python for data transformation, and actively participate in agile ceremonies to deliver iterative improvements with government and contractor teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and reports to support maintenance, operational, and business decision-making across Fleet Readiness Centers.
• Translate user stories and business requirements into actionable data models, visualizations, and analytics solutions within an agile delivery framework.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and modeling using SQL and Power BI tools to ensure high-quality, reliable datasets.
• Leverage Python for data wrangling, automation, and advanced analytics to enhance reporting capabilities and streamline processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional government and contractor teams, actively participating in agile ceremonies (standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to deliver iterative product improvements.
