Job summary

Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) seeks a Power Platform Consultant — AI Workflow Automation to join ITS. You will design, build and deploy AI-enabled automations using Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Copilot Studio and Azure AI, with emphasis on governance, security and maintainability.

The role is remote/off-site with core hours overlapping Washington, DC, six-month duration and monthly activity reporting.

Qualifications

University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least four years of progressively responsible experience in application development, systems integration, or business process automation, of which at least three years shall be hands-on delivery on the Microsoft Power Platform in an enterprise environment.
Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 services, and Power BI.
Demonstrated experience integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems using REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0, service principals, and managed identities.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and deploy Power Platform automations and AI-enabled workflows.
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations with PAHO systems using REST APIs and Azure integration services.
Ensure governance, security, and cost management in all solutions; maintain documentation and operational readiness.
