Job summary

Pan American Health Organization Inc. seeks a Power Platform Consultant — AI Workflow Automation to design, build, and operationalize AI-enabled automation using Power Platform.

You will implement governance, reusable patterns, and documentation to ensure long-term support after engagement ends. The role reports to the Business Relationship Manager, works on a prioritized backlog, and delivers within agreed timeframes as a remote consultant for PAHO/WHO.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
• At least four years of experience in application development, systems integration, or business automation.
• Hands-on delivery on the Microsoft Power Platform in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0, service principals, managed identities.
• Governance controls including DLP policies and RBAC; ALM and deployment pipelines.
• Experience in regulated or international organizations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Power Platform solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform with PAHO systems using connectors, REST APIs, and Azure services.
• Build AI-enabled workflows and Copilot Studio agents; ensure governance and cost controls.
• Prepare documentation, testing, and knowledge transfer for PAHO staff.
• Provide production support and monitoring of platform workloads and capacity.
