Qualifications

• Experience with Lean tools and continuous improvement.
• Reading and using technical manuals and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Identifies training needs and develops training programs for operation and maintenance.
• Documents procedures, conducts sessions, and tracks training compliance.
• Develops material for human performance programs to improve safety and efficiency.
• Oversees trainers and supervision for shifts; supports troubleshooting in operations.
