Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of substation/power plant systems and PdM technologies.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP and related software.

Responsibilities

• Identify maintenance work within the PdM program to ensure equipment reliability.
• Analyze data to assess component condition and recommend maintenance actions.
• Develop and manage the PdM program, including budgeting and technology evaluation.
• Mentor teams and support field crews in PdM initiatives.
• Participate in emergency response activities as assigned.
