Job summary

Toshiba America Energy Systems seeks a Technical Training Program Manager to lead training programs for new Steam Turbine Generator projects from award through startup at the West Allis, WI office. You will develop, coordinate, and deliver training on plant operations, maintenance, and control systems while partnering with project teams and customers.

Travel up to 20% may be required; you will manage materials, instructors, and records, driving continuous improvement of Toshiba's training

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering technology or related field is required.
• 6+ years of experience in power generation, industrial ops, maintenance, or technical training.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of customer technical training programs for STG projects.
• Coordinate training with Project Management, Engineering, Field Services, and customers.
• Establish training schedules aligned with milestones across manufacturing, installation, and startup.
• Develop and maintain training materials including manuals, lesson plans, and videos.
• Manage instructors and subject matter experts supporting training initiatives.
• Deliver training courses as an instructor when required.
• Track completion, certifications, and contractual training deliverables.
