Toshiba America Energy Systems Corporation (TAES) seeks a Program Manager – Steam Turbine Generator Controls in West Allis, WI. Hybrid option available.

Lead multiple long-term controls projects for turbine and generator installations, interfacing with customers, engineering, field services, suppliers, and Toshiba Japan. You will coordinate training, ensure compliance with contractual and cybersecurity requirements, and drive on-schedule, within-scope project delivery while managing commercial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
• 5–10 years of project management experience, preferably in controls or power generation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent, long-term projects.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent, long-duration Steam Turbine Generator controls projects from contract award through commissioning and closeout.
• Develop and maintain integrated project execution plans, schedules, and risk registers.
• Coordinate internal resources across engineering, field services, and commercial teams.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and financial performance; mitigate risks.
• Lead scope, schedule, and cost change management with customers and stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end commercial execution including procurement strategy and invoicing.
