Job summary

Toshiba America Energy Systems in West Allis, WI is seeking a Project Manager, New STG to lead planning, coordination and execution of steam turbine generator projects, spanning design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in Mechanical Engineering, new build or service.
• Project management experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office.
• Familiarity with PDM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Toshiba Japan and EPCs to plan and execute STG projects.
• Coordinate project documentation and deliverables using a PDM system.
• Review contract terms to ensure understanding of obligations.
• Plan, organize and direct project activities, staffing, and budget updates.
• Serve as liaison between customers, Toshiba Japan, and internal teams.
• Monitor timelines and budgets; report progress to stakeholders.
• Communicate work and schedule requirements across teams.
• Travel to customer sites and Toshiba factory up to 15%.
