Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Associate Degree in Engineering Technology or B.S. in a technical field.
• 0-2 years of power plant or relevant technical experience for I level.
• 2-4 years for II level; 4-6 years for III; 6+ for Sr; 8+ for Sr Lead.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary or backup technical support for plant systems and processes.
• Analyze, trend, and monitor plant performance data to improve operation.
• Provide technical support to maintenance, outage, and capital projects.
• Technical lead on complex projects, including contract management.
• Support equipment problem solving and OEM discussions.
• Conduct and/or support root cause analysis and prepare reports.
