Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma or GED.
• Associate Degree in Engineering Technology or B.S. in Science in a technical field.
• Experience levels range by title: Tech Support Specialist I–Sr Lead.
• Knowledge of power plant control systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary or backup technical support for plant systems and processes, with focus on controls systems.
• Analyze, trend, and monitor plant equipment performance data to improve operation.
• Support maintenance, outages, and capital projects.
• Lead specific/complex projects and manage contracts as needed.
• Assist OEM discussions or shop repairs during equipment issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and prepare management reports.
